Website Maintenance Terms & Conditions

These WordPress Maintenance Terms & Conditions govern any website maintenance provided to you (“you” or “Client”) by Unity Web Agency LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company having offices at 800 Park Offices Drive, Suite 1014, Durham, NC 27709 (“Unity,” “we,” or “us”) and is governed by the Master Services Agreement in place between us. These Terms & Conditions may change from time and time and your continued participation in the plan confirms your acceptance of the modified terms.
- Service Description. We will provide WordPress maintenance services as described herein for the website(s) set forth on the applicable invoice.
- Plan Options. Our Managed WordPress Hosting plans are provided in three levels (Light, Standard, Pro) and our Self-Hosted Maintenance plan is provided in one level. All plans have the option of three payment frequencies (monthly, quarterly, annually). Your invoice will outline the specifics of your plan. If you would like to change your plan during the Term (as defined below), please contact us.
- Fees & Payment. The fees for your plan are set out in the applicable invoice. You agree to pay this amount when the invoice payment is due.
- Term & Termination. The initial term of this plan will begin on the invoice date and shall continue for three (3) months (“Initial Term”). This plan will then automatically renew for successive thirty (30) day periods (each, a “Renewal Term” and together with the Initial Term, the “Term”) unless either party gives the other party thirty (30) days’ prior written notice of non-renewal. In such instance, we shall only be responsible to you to provide those services for which you have already paid us and you agree you will be responsible to us for payment for our services rendered through the date of termination.
